Complete Recipe How to Make Seafood Tomyam

Recipe for Tomyam


Ingredients:


500 gr medium size prawns

500 gr clean squid, cut into pieces

500 gr green scallops, clean

150 gr mushroom, halved

1 tomato, cut into pieces

2 lemongrass stalks, bruised, coarsely chopped

3 lime leaves

3 cm galangal, bruised

10 pieces of red chili

1 sprig of coriander leaves

100 ml lime juice

500 ml medium coconut milk

500 ml seafood broth

3 tbsp fish sauce

1 tsp sugar

2 tsp salt

Ground spices:


5 pieces of curly red chili

5 pieces of red chili

4 cloves garlic

3 coriander roots

1 cm ginger

How to make tomyam:


1. Clean the prawns by peeling, reserving the tail wash.


2. Wash the clams until clean, boil and take the meat.


3. Add a little oil and saute ground spices until fragrant and cooked. Lift.


4. Put in a saucepan, add coconut milk and stock and bring to a boil.


5. Add fish sauce, salt, lime juice and a little sugar, cook until boiling.


6. Enter the lime leaves, lemon grass, galangal, cook until boiling.


7. Add prawns, squid, scallops and mushrooms, tomatoes and red cayenne pepper.


8. Cook until fully cooked. Turn off the fire.


9. Add coriander leaves and serve warm.
